Created interactive app and tutorials

I created an interactive Shiny apps for people to easily search, sort, filter, and download tweets with the #rstudioglobal or #rstats hashtags. #rstudioglobal was for the RStudio Global 2021 conference; #rstats is for any R tweet tagged with that hashtag. I also created two tutorials for others who would like to do something similar.
